The Reintjes Services' safety philosophy is simple: "Safety will not be compromised ”. We are committed to providing a safe work place for our employees and for plant personnel and other contractors around us when we interface on the job site.

All personnel are safety indoctrinated prior to the first day of work. From that first day, and constantly thereafter, we are training our personnel in accordance with our safety training program which includes daily tool box meetings and yearly safety refresher courses. In addition, our personnel attend OSHA 10-hour safety training and refresher courses, MSHA 24-hour safety training and refresher courses, Hazwoper training and all required Site-specific Training.

We also require initial and routine drug testing on all of our employees. Recently, we have started background checks on key individuals and on all individuals who will be at a site where background checks are required.

As a company, our goal is to continue to strive for ZERO accidents.

To enable us to monitor how effective our safety training has been comprehended and followed, we provide safety audits on a random basis which are documented and acted upon with appropriate positive and negative reinforcement.
